President Congratulates Aktau on Being Named the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World for 2025
Today, at the opening ceremony of the "Aktau – The Cultural Capital of the Turkic World" project, Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva congratulated the gathered audience and delivered a message from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The historic Mangystau region and the vast Ustyurt Plateau are inseparable from the rich heritage of the Turkic civilization. This sacred land has preserved the centuries-old spiritual and cultural legacy of both our people and the entire Turkic world.
Strengthening the cooperation between our closely connected nations, which share a common history and traditions, is our collective duty. I firmly believe that this special year will be marked by significant gatherings that will further unite us and pave the way for important decisions.
